With a strong background in sales leadership, communication, and training, Tayla spent several years as a Lead Sales Trainer and Manager designing and facilitating onboarding programs for thousands of new starters. This experience shaped her ability to guide people through significant milestones with clarity, empathy, and unwavering support. She approaches every sale with care and intention, ensuring clients feel heard, informed, and confident from beginning to end.

Tayla has lived on the Sunshine Coast for over a decade, drawn to the hinterland’s natural beauty and tight-knit community. She believes each home carries a unique story—crafted with heart by one family and chosen with hope by the next. Helping clients honour that story while stepping into their future is a privilege she values deeply.
