Joel, originally hailing from Launceston, Tasmania, made a bold move to the Sunshine Coast to pursue a career in Rugby League. This transition was met with tremendous determination and resilience, as he left his home state at the tender age of 18. Quickly ascending through the ranks, Joel earned a reputation as an outstanding player, achieving the title of Sunshine Coast Gympie Rugby League Player of the Year within a remarkably short span.

Joel's remarkable qualities extend beyond the sports arena. He possesses an innate ability to focus on the crucial details—the 1% efforts—that often make all the difference. Drawing from a six-year tenure with a major insurance company, Joel gained extensive experience in selling home insurance. This professional background honed his skills in negotiation and the intricacies of the home buying process, allowing him to guide clients seamlessly through their real estate transactions.

Joel brings a fast-paced, disciplined work ethic to his real estate endeavors. He approaches each task with unwavering dedication and a deep sense of personal responsibility. This dedication extends to all aspects of his life, maintaining a continuous growth mindset to offer the best possible service to both vendors and buyers.

While Joel's rugby career came to an end due to major injuries, he and his partner established a home on the Sunshine Coast, firmly planting roots in the community. In his leisure time, Joel finds joy in spending quality moments with his wife and collaborates with his professional team to further personal growth.

In his own words, "Working in Real Estate has provided me with a similar philosophy to my experience in football, where hard work yields rewarding results. Embracing a continuous growth mindset alongside Allister has been instrumental in my journey. I am firmly committed to giving my utmost in serving my clients, my team, my family and building a career for myself"
